Our Customer Service Executive will guide you through the steps required to initiate the product replacement process. You may be asked to submit a picture of the damaged product(s), and follow the online instructions to complete the process.
As a general rule, we do not accept any Returns or Refunds, except for Replacements as noted above. If you feel you really have a genuine case for returning a product and receiving a refund, please do get in touch with our Customer Service Executive via:

In certain genuine cases, Returns and Refunds may be given. However, these are totally and solely at the discretion of AHP Global Retail Pvt. Ltd. You will be asked to follow certain steps through this process, and if authorised, the amount will be refunded to you via the same payment method used for your original payment.
