HOW TO USE BATH SALTS?
This is usually the trickiest part, as most instructions on the packaging and the information available online would suggest soaking for a 20-30 minutes 3 to 4 times a week.
While it’s great if you do have a bathtub, and want to pamper yourself occasionally, to include it in your routine, you need to use it with a shower or bucket. Take few handfuls of bath salt and add it to a warm bucket of water.
To use it as a body scrub add a few drops of Coconut Oil or Sesame oil to it and apply in a circular motion on wet skin and rinse off under a warm shower. Be mindful that our salt crystals are not coarse.
If you feel that the crystals are rough, soak in a bucket of warm water and let them dissolve first.
